For many years, I built a life rooted in discipline, achievement, and resilience. While this approach helped me succeed, I eventually realized I was living disconnected from important parts of myself, particularly my emotional life. A pivotal season invited me into a deeper process of integration: learning to welcome the pieces of me I had learned to bypass in the name of strength.

This journey reshaped how I understand growth and healing, not as fixing what’s broken, but as restoring wholeness. Today, this integrative approach is central to my coaching work. I support individuals and leaders as they reconnect with themselves, engage their full humanity, and move forward with greater clarity, alignment, and sustainable vitality.

Coaching

Leadership coaching helps you develop clarity, emotional maturity, and a grounded inner presence so you can lead with integrity and confidence. Through a blend of psychological insight, spiritual grounding, and practical strategy, we strengthen your vision, relational skills, and decision-making. This work creates leaders who are steady, self-aware, and deeply aligned with their values.

    • Format: 1:1 coaching

    • Duration: 3-month or 6-month engagement

    • Sessions: Bi-weekly, 60 minutes

    • Investment: $175 per session or $2,000 for a 12-session package

Integrated Ministry Institute

The Integrated Ministry Institute is a research-informed, spiritually anchored training space for pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff. These cohorts weave together psychology, theology, and evidence-based practice to help leaders reconnect with their humanity and cultivate healthier, more emotionally intelligent ministries. It’s a slower, deeper, more integrated approach to spiritual leadership development.

    • Format: 10-month cohort

    • Sessions: Twice monthly, 2-hour sessions

    • Includes: Live teaching + structured check-ins + group support + guided reflection + psychological frameworks + spiritual integration

    • Investment: $1500 per participant

Teams & Group
Coaching

Team and group coaching supports organizations and communities in building emotionally safe, high-trust, high-clarity environments. Using psychological frameworks, communication tools, and spiritual wisdom, I help groups strengthen cohesion, deepen connection, and move forward with alignment and shared purpose. This work cultivates healthier cultures where people feel seen, valued, and able to thrive.

    • Format: Customized for each organization

    • Duration: 90-minute workshop, half-day session, or 6-week series

    • Investment: Starting at $2,500 for a single workshop; multi-week engagements priced based on scope.
