Meet Laura
I focus on helping individuals and leaders rediscover the image of God within themselves — uncovering their divine design and living from that truth.
My Approach
My approach is grounded, research-informed, and deeply human. I help thoughtful, self-aware individuals understand their inner world with compassion and clarity, integrating mind, body, and spirit into a fuller, more honest way of being. I hold space that feels warm, credible, and emotionally safe where people can slow down, listen inward, and step into greater integrity and wholeness.
Coaching has been a consistent thread throughout my life. What began years ago with health coaching and personal training has evolved into the work I do today: helping leaders, teams, and individuals develop emotional maturity, grounded presence, and the capacity to lead with humility and wisdom. Whether I’m coaching an executive, a ministry leader, or someone navigating a season of personal transformation, my commitment is to support people as they grow into who they were created to be.
My Story
I’ve been married to my husband, Paul, for over two decades, and together we’re raising our two daughters, Rhema and Zoe. My own journey, from my roots in Maine, to our family’s move to Texas in 2013, to my years serving in the local church as a worship leader and in pastoral ministry, has shaped the way I understand community, belonging, and the sacredness of being truly seen. These experiences color my work and deepen my commitment to creating environments where people feel safe, known, and able to flourish.
At its heart, my work is about guiding people toward deeper self-understanding and helping them build lives marked by clarity, depth, and inner steadiness. It is the most meaningful work I know.
I bring together over two decades of ministry leadership, formal training in psychology, and professional coaching experience to help leaders grow in ways that are both spiritually faithful and psychologically sound. My work sits at the intersection of evidence-based practice and Christian spiritual formation because healthy ministry requires both.
I’ve served in senior leadership roles within a large, multi-campus church system, overseeing outreach strategy, nonprofit partnerships, and organizational execution across 10 campuses. This has given me firsthand experience navigating the real pressures leaders face: vision fatigue, relational complexity, emotional overload, and the cost of sustained responsibility.
Alongside ministry leadership, I am professionally trained and certified in coaching and health behavior change, and I am completing a B.S. in Psychology with a focused academic emphasis on integrating psychological science and Christian spirituality. For the past several years, I’ve coached executives, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders, both individually and in group settings, helping them develop clarity, emotional maturity, resilience, and sustainable leadership practices.
I also bring extensive experience speaking, teaching, and facilitating groups, creating spaces that are both intellectually honest and spiritually grounded. This group is designed for leaders who want depth, integration, and formation, not quick fixes or shallow answers.
